Purpose:
Imagine enjoying a fun family day at the park with your family when suddenly you notice your child lean against a tree and began breathing rapidly. You run to your child and realize they are having an asthma attack. It can be extremely frightening for a child to feel like they cannot breathe. It can also be frightening for a parent to watch their child struggle with asthma symptoms. The purpose of this site is to inform care givers of children with asthma about asthma symptoms and what triggers to avoid to decrease the incidences of asthma attacks from occurring. |
